Very good place to stay

لا شي Unfortunately, I called the hotel manager on duty and told him there was no water in my room, the cleaning service hadn't provided any, there was no water in the minibar, and there was no room service. Worse still, he advised me to take a car and buy water. Is it conceivable that an entire hotel has no water? The curtains are also worn out, and the beach service is terrible. This hotel deserves only one star. No room services in beach before 12 p.m Towel need card

I loved everything about this resort other than our air kept going out in our room EVERYDAY!

The hotel itself was amazing. It did have good pool and jacuzzi. As an expedia silver member I was eligible for an upgrade and free wine; when I asked for the same they did not provide me an upgrade. They mentioned they were fully booked and did not provide free wine bottle as well.

Was so close to the beach

Check in was a nightmare not accommodating at all. Front desk clerk was not accommodating and rude. Hotel was beautiful and bakery staff was so sweet. Pool and hot tub was amazing!

The hotel call operator was so rude and not helpful. I was charged for early check-in when I explicitly said no at the counter. I was not offered the option to just store my luggage at the front desk. When I tried to call about my bill, half the times my call did not go through, and the other half I was transferred to the accounting line with no one available to help. Finally when I was able to make a call, I got put on hold before I could fully explain the situation. I am honestly really disappointed because the hotel was really nice, but the staff just made it so hard to deal with.

We got to celebrate my daughter’s wedding in Miami and everyone was very attentive and great service.

No customer service at all. They are not welcoming and accommodating. Maria is a horrible manager. It was a very bad experience.

Location great and lovely hotel Lights and TV didn’t work in room It took a few calls to get lights mended But no one ever came to repair or help even though I asked reception on three occasions After all these problems when I asked to check out at 2 instead of 12 - when I was only allowed in room at 3 , I was promptly charged $200 to my card

La limpieza de la habitación podría ser mucho mejor, no arreglaron nuestra habitación… Maria la recepcionista no fue amable en su trato ni en su manera de hablarnos, se sentía bastante estresada. Los demas fueron amables! El Room service termina muy temprano
