I had a very unpleasant stay The hotel room was dirty and smelly! There was a toothbrush on the counter, it was used and filled with dust and dirt! The AC barely worked, as we turned it on to freshen the air up in the room and it did absolutely nothing! not forgetting to mention that the room was next to a very loud generator (room 316) and this caused major inconvenience and loud noise at early hours in the morning!

Very clean property with well-appointed room with comfortable beds. Only cons are the lack of any view and that the immediate neighborhood is not very visitor oriented. Great location, especially if you want to catch the DASH bus for the Convention Center, USC, or Expo Park, as there is a stop right in front of the hotel.

Room is clean and staff is quiet nice for service.

Had a decent stay. It is super convenient at how close the hotel is to crypto.com Arena, it is within walking distance and there is a parking garage right next-door. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We checked into the first room and there was a bunch of red ants on the ground so we promptly left and went down to the reception to ask about a different room and they were able to accommodate that. The second room was definitely outdated but overall clean. The bathroom door didn’t slide closed at all. It looks like they need to completely renovate the room, but the bed was comfortable and it was clean. There are continental breakfast is very limited, but had enough to tie us over for a little bit.Overall, I would stay there again given how convenient it is to crypto.com arena. Just know that it’s not a brand new hotel. And the staff was super friendly and excellent.

There was an undisclosed daily surcharge of 25.00 a day for wi-fi, the breakfast, water, and other amenities, we used none. The room smelled musty upon entrance. parking is in public lots, the one next door had a broken elevator. The neighborhood is run down. There is a lot of hallway noise and noise from upper floors. Overall it was adequate for the overnight we needed.
