Location is great if you are going to or arriving from the LAX airport. There was a shuttle that left from the hotel as well as one at the car rental place. All so easy. Room was very comfortable. We were on the 7th floor which had quite a nice view of the city. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Everything good. Staff friendly and accommodating. Room pretty standard and clean. Wifi bad tho. Totally unsecure network.

The shuttle service from the airport to hotel was terrible. They only had 2 shuttles and by the time it got us they were full or could only take 1 person. It took us an hour n half to finally get to the hotel.

The only reason I stay woukd stay in LA near the airport is because of early or late travel otherwise forget it!

I was told when I booked my room that breakfast was included but when I checked in I was told that breakfast is not included if I want breakfast to pay extra 25 dollars for each so disappointed. Room was clean but shover was so old and some parts was missing or hanging so loose unable to open shover all the way and toilet top was loose completely off
