Good enough for the weekend. There was absolutely no security to keep anyone from walking off the street and up to the rooms, but the surrounding area didn’t seem too bad. The front desk staff was also lackluster.

The “restaurant” had a menu and would serve food late till 10 PM so we hadn’t had dinner checked in around eight and we go there to celebrate with some food and have a toast with some Prosecco we hope. The menu had special summer drinks made with Prosecco…. So each picked one and then the waitress let us know. Oh no, we don’t have those. OK, how about just two Prosecco then No, no we don’t have any Prosecco OK, give us a minute Will you read the menu in full and they’ll make margaritas with 1800 Blanco or 1800 Respato … she takes the order to the bartender chairs no no we don’t serve 1800?!? You literally advertise it on the menu in two flavors. OMG, it is going downhill fast then we finally ordered food and I got the cheeseboard which came with not enough bread literally 3 pieces and about a pound of cheese. It was crazy. And the waitress didn’t offer a discount or anything after all that and now I think about it I probably should ask for a manager, but we’ve been on the road for nine hours. We just wanna know that this Hotel disappointed us.

Was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shuttles were easy to use … very happy with everything..

The bean bags for cornhole were missing, the connect 4 game in the pictures did not exist. Nothing to do near the hotel and nothing to do in the hotel. Staff was friendly though

Was mislead by other reviews. Room and building are simply a little worn down. Room smelled a little funny. Super disappointed in the Airport Shuttle which is shared with two off-airport parking lots. Twice it was too crowded to board with luggage. Ended up taking an Uber instead.

This appears to be an older hotel that has undergone updating. Our room was very clean, which is the most important thing! Not fancy, but had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Location for the reason we were in LA was good. There were lots of people staying there for the same reason we were there, and that was very fun. This hotel has the best sound-proofing we've ever experienced! We heard nothing from next door or the hallway. As for the staff, tip top in all interactions. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We were happy with our stay.
