2) Ordering room service was a nightmare. "scan the QR code in your room" - I don't have one - "oh-just call to order" - OK, I need a menu - "oh! You just scan the qr code in your room!" - I still don't have one - "oh, OK. Try this website!" - it doesn't work! - silence. So nothing major, just irritating after a long day. Everyone was kind and helpful, the food was great, the hotel was great! Just those two incidents.

HVAC did not work. Miserable. Charged $85 to park car on top of $350 rate. Not worth it. Expedia never disclosed exorbitant parking charge. Never again.

Rooms are outdated. Bathroom fixtures and cabinets look old and not maintained. Except for the lobby, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Guests have to request room cleaning or towel replacements. We made a request in the morning around 9am, and, to our surprise, it was not done by the time we were back around 8pm so we had to request the service again. In today’s information age, gusts have to pay for decent internet, however, I believe this is true for all Hilton hotels. We will not be back.

The room was clean and the stay was comfortable, but we could hear noise from the airplanes. Also, I would not recommend the room service. The food did not taste good and was overpriced.

I loved the World Cup decor!

The check-in was easy, and the explanation of available facilities was clear. The room was spacious and clean.

Hands down the worst Hilton I've stayed in for sleep. When you stay in a hotel, ESPECIALLY one near an airport, you EXPECT food to be overpriced as. But this was the highest I have ever been in. Im comparing this to the Hilton next to JFK, DC, Seattle and Ohare. Its the highest i have ever been to. I will just warn you. We got 7 wings ($21), a hamburger ($28.50), fries, Coke ($8) and ONE beer ($19) and it was almost $80. It was almost $100 by the time add ins and auto gratuity (we were ONLY a party of 2) were done and that doesn't include any extra tip I wanted to give. So I will definitely not be staying here on my next trip to LA. Again, this is the only Hilton property I've ever said that about

Good location but and I mean a big butt…if you plan on taking the shuttle, take it earlier than you think you should. We waited in the airport shuttle line for close to an hour and barely made it on time. The staff were great and were in contact with the drivers but due to traffic and a family taking up the entire shuttle, it just took too long. So plan ahead and get in line!
