Air would not turn off in room the wait to check in was over 45 mins every was nice only one elevator on different side of building wife did not like that when going back and forth with bags

Let me tell you Southern Hospitality at its finest! The staff were amazing. I love to stay there every time I go to Atlanta. This time the staff was extremely friendly and happy to assist in anyway.

The front desk Cheque accommodated to a sold out room that I had and got me into a room. The only problem was that the AC didn’t work so we had a very unpleasant night after a 12 Hour Dr. we wanted to stay at the courtyard Marriott because it’s a higher end hotel but ended up to be just as worse as any other other hotel .

The service was awesome! We loved our room… the cleanliness was top tier as well! They also have a on site Starbucks. Theres a complimentary lemon water station as well.

The location is great, easy to go and come from. There are many restaurants around and very close by. Check in was ok. The bed was comfortable and the couch was nice with a good view of the parking lot. The bathroom was dirty, the towels were dirty with stains, I had to wash them myself. The hotel itself is very nice but the staff make you feel like your walking on eggshells, god forbid you cough in the wrong area!! Breakfast was supposed to be included with my booking but they declined that option and said i'd have to pay, I choose not to argue and just had breakfast elsewhere instead... you couldn't even sit in the lobby without them constantly staring at you making me feel very out of place.
