I had a very pleasant stay. I completed pre-check in and easily picked up the keys upon arrival. The room was clean, ready and comfortable. It was very quiet in the room and the black out curtains worked great. I would definetly return.

No clocks in the room, no coffee maker in the room. Only one USB plug worked in the room.

Very Beautiful resort. Well maintained and designed rooms. Our only complaint was the AC didn’t get cold enough for our liking. Most certainly will stay here again when I come back to Vegas.

I didn’t realize encore was going to be so separated from the Wynn. I wanted to stay at the Wynn tower and that’s what I had entered in while searching and didn’t realize it placed me an encore which became a bit of a hassle. Every time I had to walk from one tower to the other. That was my disappointment.

Wonderful view from the room, location was good and hotel is very nice We came early and hotel staff suggested a $120 upgrade (better room and earlier CI) , we took this but the shower faucet was dripping and it was making noise. We spend long time to call house keeping and until they fix it the upgrade was not really worth the money, we spend long tome to get some compensation and we got
