Room was beautiful and location of casino was great! Staff was amazing loved all the bartenders! Room needs more lighting, the view could of been better.

Location Rooms weren’t clean

Well located It just felt run down. Dated and the “perfume” diffusers made the place smell disgusting!

The location of the hotel is excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive and te dealers were fantastic. Unfortunately, the remodeling is starting to show its age and a fresh. Oat of paint is needed. We were also disappointed that it was not noted that the pool was not available. Knowing this would have solved some issues.

Great location on the Strip. Nicely appointed room (839) but shows some wear and tear. Very good King bed. The room is a little dark - I think that's the theme, but it would have been nice to have more lamps or lights. Great shower. Sink stopper was missing. No work desk, only a make-up mirror with a tiny desk. Overall, very good. I will stay here again.

And cold February 2026. Probably not fun in June either. The room looked upon a junk storage area of the Flamingo. There is no restaurant other than Starbucks and Giada’s. No lunch or breakfast options. The Cromwell is difficult for uber to find. Was dropped with luggage at Flamingo entrance as that was indicated by GPS. Walked to Flamingo check before realized signage was useless. Room needed dusting. No Bar soap was provided, not even available on request. Exceptional

Staff cleaning rooms began loudly slamming doors at 6:00 am each day on a weekend stay. No body wash/soap each day, despite the room being “cleaned”. Hard water deposits visible on the outside of the rainfall showerhead. Lack of any price list for products in the room (one bottle of water was more than $5)

Overall, great experience, location, and customer service. Tips for uber/lyft pick up- will be at flamingo not the front of Cromwell. Rather sad that it’s being turned into a Vanderpump hotel- I have enjoyed its own romantic flair on the strip

Great location

I liked the moody decorations and atmosphere. Vegas can be overstimulating, so the deeper colors and lower lighting was nice at times. The room had basically everything we needed. The staff was also very friendly and helped us when we accidentally left our key card in the room. The only weird thing was the bathroom. The toilet had its own little "section" or mini-room within the bathroom, but there wasn't a door to close it off. Also, the entire wall of the shower was actually a two-way mirror. So, when you are in the hotel room, you can look through the full-length mirror to see into the shower when someone is showering! This wasn't necessarily a bad feature, but it was kind of strange. Unfortunately, because the toilet area didn't have a door to close it off, you could also sort of see when someone was sitting on the toilet through the two-way mirror as well. This was not ideal.

The room had some damaged furniture, the floor tiles were taped down, the shower curtain had mold along the bottom portion and the mirror had tape on the light in the bathroom

Room was dirty especially the bathroom. Mold was growing in the shower and the rest of the bathroom was poorly cleaned. The street noise is terrible as well. This hotel is way over priced for what it actually is.

Great place for the money! The location is perfect right in the middle of the Strip and easy to walk everywhere. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and everything was super convenient. Would definitely stay again!
