The elevators are seriously slow and half are not working not good when on a higher floor or carrying bags to and from room

I like this hotel but this time I went with my kids for the first time with them and or room have the bathroom sink cloth up and I told one housekeeper in the hall and she told the supervisor yes they did come to fix it but or room where we stay it smell like dirty water after they when in the room to on cloth it the sink of the bathroom I had to use my body spray for my kids not be smelling it

Room was clean and roomy. Pool staff were friendly and attentive. Check in and check out was simple and quick. Location is great and nearby restaurants were delicious.
