The room was cozy and clean. The staff were engaging and welcoming.

By far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. The photos posted online are nothing like the hotel. The hotel is a dive and in a really bad area. I felt like I walked into a horror film and was not going to leave alive. It was truly scary and gave a chilling vibe. Do not believe the photos posted they are nothing like the hotel. We arrived at 3:40pm and were charged a $35 early check in fee. I saw maybe 2 other guests during our stay and the parking lot was empty. It truly was like a scene out of a seedy low budget horror film.

You don’t want to be the strip. Just a short uber ride to get there. Beautiful pool which was lovely and quiet. Would def visit again.

Pool was dirty and a weird aroma in the room. Staff and front desk really sweet and helpful but hotel as an overall needs some work.

Room smelled terrible. Bathroom was so dirty . Bed sheets had stains. Didn’t even sleep on the bed because it smelled and looked dirty. There was an actual butt stained into the bench outside of the door. That smelled. Horrified ?

the staff really made the environment welcoming & cared for. the luggage carts were a little difficult to steer & it barely fit in the elevator.

It wasn’t packed like other hotels It was unfortunate that there was no bar or restaurant open during the weekdays, and my AC in room 201 didnt work that good

The hotel looked exactly like the pictures, which was a really nice surprise. Everything was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere. We especially want to mention the guy at the entrance/security — he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. His positive energy honestly made our mood better every time we came in. Small things like that really make a difference. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable here. The only small downside was the additional hotel/resort fee that we had to pay on top of the booking price. It was around $30+, and we didn’t expect it at first, so it was a little неприятний сюрприз. But overall, everything else was great.

First the door didn't lock

The bed was the only thing that was good about the whole thing First of all we stayed in a “suite” It was next to the freeway and you could hear EVERYTHING, windows had shutters and there was no noise cancellation whatsoever, no door on the shower, no trashcan in the room, no microwave, water bottles in the room were $10 (not complimentary), you couldn’t watch anything BUT YOUTUBE, closet wasn’t even a closet just a pipe, a safe that did NOT lock the list goes on .

The building is very unique! It is very old though. The staff was very polite although the clerk who checked me in misunderstood some of the charges. I don't know that I would stay here again but it was a nice hotel for the price.

There was absolutely nothing to do at the hotel and there was nothing within walking distance. It's a nice hotel though.
