My cousins and I stayed in the renovated suite in Tower 2, and it was exceptional! Loved all the new appliances and furniture. Much better than the older rooms for sure!

The rooms were not cleaned at all to satisfactory level. Our toilet still had fecal matter all over the back of it looked like it hadn’t been clean for weeks. We will never be staying at this hotel again.

The water was cut right when I was showering so that was a huge inconvenience, stuff happens. They said it would take a couple hours but they had it back up in only 20 mins! You guys rock! Great work :)

Hilton Garden Club was really nice. What made the trip non-inviting is the marketing group at check in. Check in was great, front desk staff was extremely nice, but once we checked in you were directed to a stand for our "welcome package" where the marketing team fast talks you into a $40 deposit to sit through a 90 minute sales presentation for a timeshare. I was there with my husband and son for a quick overnight vacation, not a marketing sales pitch.

Check-in was a breeze checking out even easier staff is really friendly greet you with a smile and ask you how your day is going and really mean it. Rooms are comfortable very clean well well maintained.
