Mediocre location. No amenities close. Staff was arrogant. Facility average. In unit a/c loud and with minimal possible adjustments. I would not recommend.Try other options.

Our room was clean and roomy. Checked in late (2am) without a problem and they have a good continental breakfast. Would only be better if it was open until 10am instead of closing at 9am

I have not stayed here since the renovation. It is truly a plus for them. I would recommend to everyone! Staff gets 4 stars.

The airport shuttle was on time. But we didn’t like was the smoking in the hallway and the smoking in the room. It bothered our eyes and ruined our clothing with the smoke smell. They clean this hotel is non-smoking however it is not enforced. They try to mass the smoke smell by using really strong chemical in the room like a perfume. Staff at the desk was not friendly at all. The food ate my Wife 24 hour stomach sickness. The eggs are undercooked.

I liked its proximity to the strip but appreciated that we could use local transit to move around. The lack of notice about the pool on a hot day.

General Manager would not issue a refund, or at least that was her experience in the past. I know from past interactions with hotels I prepaid for that if the hotel agrees to refund the monies paid for a room, hotels.com can issue a refund. I will be calling the GM now that I am back home from my trip and hope she will issue a refund. If a customer does not stay in your room, you should not be paid for the room night.
