Size was amazing. The look was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Pool are was partially under construction, but fine. Our shower was broken. It was fixed pretty quickly, but maybe something that should be checked before opening room to a new guest.

Decorating Hot tub was roped off, no admittance. No personal coffee maker in room. Kind of shady.had to climb up on chair in room to clean the room cooler due to dust not allowing air tomove

Room was big and comfortable Reception staff were some of the rudest people we have ever encountered. Shower tap was hanging off the wall and couldn’t turn shower on. Reported to staff and although it was fixed they couldn’t have cared less that we hadn’t been able to shower in the evening or next morning. Furniture and carpets were all stained. 1 pool was out of use. Gardens were unkept and covered in litter and parking areas were dirty, particularly the back parking lot.

The room is good and had a nice size

Great location, free parking, easy to get to. Quiet, felt safe. Large rooms, new-looking bathrooms. Free coffee! The swing shift manager was helpful and proactive. Our AC unit leaked and dripped all night, leaving a soggy spot in the carpet. In the morning when we told the desk manager, she wouldn’t move us to a new room, but wanted to send maintenance. When we returned in the evening, maintenance had turned off the unit and left a towel under it. We went back to the desk and the swing shift manager moved us immediately to a new room. The first room also had a bad hair dryer—didn’t get hot—the shower sprayed water from the fixture connections, there were only three pillows instead of four (I know, first world problems). The bed in the second room was too soft for my liking, but that’s a personal thing. We really appreciate the swing shift manager moving us. Breakfast was offered (for $10 which is a decent price in Vegas) but looked sad and over-cooked.

Ok to stay near airport, that’s the plus. Free parking, basic room, clean bath and bed, carpet & grounds are dated. Staff was helpful. What is expected for the price.
-
The staff was very nice The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. There were no blankets on the bed. There is no telephone in the room. The bed was broken down in the mattress. No trash cans in the room. The doors were hard to open and close. Upon arrival, there was no toilet seat attached. The outside was overflowing with weeds and debris. Lamps didn't work.
-
The bed was pretty comfortable The air condition wasn’t cooling properly and I was told it was my fault coming to Las Vegas in a heat wave and I’m the only one hot. They only fixed the issue after asking the second time for a new room. The room was upgraded but the carpet and couch was extremely stained.

AC didn’t work good. Entry door handle broke and was temporarily screwed back on. Pool was dirty.
-
The actual room was much nicer than the property itself. My main complaint about the room was the only AC unit was in the sitting area and it had to be running cold to even make the bedroom feel anything.
-
Very clean room nice host would definitely stay there again

Good spot to stay if you coming to Vegas, close to the strip. Has lots of restaurants near by. Very comfortable room with pool and gym made my trip better.
