Comfort Inn & Suites Lantana - West Palm Beach South

Nothing to be honest, the staff was friendly but not one followed through with requests or needs.... .... I asked for a different room from the moment I walked into my room, to the very last night. I asked for a wake up call for a very important meeting because there were no alarm clocks in this "suite" . I missed my meeting. I won't ever blame someone else due to my shortcomings however, at 100$ a night, an alarm clocks would have been cool The plumbing was awful. If we were able to flush the toilet it was a success. My son had to pee in the shower and poop in the lobby bathroom. Again I let staff know and no one ever came.. My son was excited about the breakfast but is w heavy sleeoer(we already know they won't do wake up calls) but every day hed wake up between 9:30- 9:45 !and every day he came back more disappointed as they told "nope breakfast over" I emailed cooperate, no response, im not surprised. I really want my money back for whatever that was we just experienced.

The pool had leaves & other stuff floating around in it. The conditioner tube was empty. The tub has a black stain in it. Staff was pleasant

Breakfast was ok. Rooms were stained, had holes in the walls, some type of sticky stuff on the walls as well, plus burn holes in the carpet.

Check in was confusing due to the man who was getting us checked in but the stay was comfortable.

Rooms had a humid smell, everything was risty, lamps corners. Breakfast; scrambled eggs looked like soup. I don’t know if I can go back again.

Very nice

First of all the room smelled bad. They had a ozone air cleaner in room that was very noisy. The ice machine was destroyed on the 3rd floor same as it was during my last stay a few months ago. The fitted sheet doesn't fit right and kept coming undone. No shampoo for the shower bottle was empty. Floor and carpet was very dirty. When walking barefoot your feet became filthy had to keep shoes on in room. Breakfast was not good eggs and sausage was cold had to put in microwave to heat.

The rooms smelled horrible there was mold on the carpets and tub was filthy. The area was not safe the fridge was broken.

The room smelled disgusting, and the microwave did not work.

Of course the pool was closed the entire stay! Rooms extremely outdated (ex: rusty lamps). Breakfast terrible (stale bread, questionable eggs & watered down coffee. On the bright side… No bedbugs, no mildew, no junkies in vicinity, and an overall peaceful atmosphere to lay your head.

Good place, to rest afthe line day work

Bathroom was filthy, neither TV worked in suite, 45 minutes to check in, charged my card for someone else's incedentals, gave me a queen room when I paid for King suite, the list goes on.

Everything is good. The property was great and clean.
