It was a nice and clean hotel and will go back again

The hotel offered a room change late at night after our children were already asleep, which was not a practical solution. We ultimately had to pack, relocate, and wash our belongings due to concerns about contamination. The staff was polite, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. I would strongly encourage management to address the pest control issues so future guests do not have a similar experience.

Room smelled like someone just had smoked in there, my two kids couldn't stop sneezing. It's old, we had trouble with door opening.

Song of the tiles when we ask for extra towels, they were not white they were beige. The bathrooms were really small and shower didn’t seem too clean to me. The desk by the TV was dirty. And the fact that y’all don’t have breakfast is not a good look the restaurant you have to order online and they charge you triple the amount then what it’s worth very upset about the stay.

This hotels has been one of the worst places I have stayed. I booked there because of the location and the price was convenient to book 3 rooms, but I did know it will be this bad. People smoking outside the hotel, place was not clean inside nor outside. The rooms smelled so bad and sheets were deteriorated, the floor was not clean, the bathrooms were clean properly even the toilets were stained. Just horrible and disgusting.

Room was not that clean. Had to change rooms due to running toilet thru light socket. Restaurant is not open in the am for you to dine in. You have to order to go only. Rooms need some major updating

The hotel has a strange smell to it. One of our bath towels had dried blood on it. The bath floor mat was either dirty or severely stained. The keys stopped working after one use and had to be replaced. Will definitely not stay here again.
