If you call at 2 pm and ask I am gonna check in late, they tell you, you can’t check in that late! Even if you can ! So, staff sucks overall! They need to be trained up and get geared up for right information.

The property was well maintained but the house keeping staff did not do a detailed cleanup the toilet had pubic hair on the toilet urine stains, arou the rim was not cleaned and the bath tub looked like a member of the staff just wiped out the bathroom tub

The lady at the desk agreed. The next day at 11 a.m. the manager and staff were telling me to leave. No internet Convenience store wasn't staffed I haf to call to get pillows in the room when I checked in! Stains on the carpets I can document. The stains still stunk from vomit The bathrooms are new. However the floors are at least 1 inch higher causing a tripping hazard. I almost headed face first into the sink twice Poor.water pressure and hot water was a problem I have pictures.

There are renovations at the hotel and I believe they are expanding those renovations to the hotel entirely. The room was very clean and we appreciate it that, however there was a very unpleasant smell in the hallways. I will go back to this hotel. We really did like the staff. Thank you...

Very run down and not clean. No hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen. No vending. Front desk was still closed at 8:30 am so couldn't return the room key and check out. Room had an odd smell and furniture was scratched up like a cat had stayed in the room. First floor room and window locks did not work. Very disappointing.

I've stayed at this hotel several times in the past, but this hotel has gone down - especially since Sonesta took over sometime last year! The room was decent, but upon check-in a notice was posted that renovations were underway in the laundry & gym. Too late for me to change or make other arrangements for a 4 day stay! This was not mentioned or stated in the reservations. The first floor hallway was blocked off & the air conditioner was off. The carpets were disgustingly dirty from construction traffic on top of the dirt & grime that was already there before construction started. The garbage was overflowing from all the receptacles causing a horrible stench throughout all 3 floors and the hallways. No one performed any hotel maintenance or cleaning over the weekend. The phone service does not work, and this Sonesta self-service hotel has no one working the front desk between 11 pm - 9 am. When Ispoke with the hotel manager about how nasty the hotel is, she offered no compensation, refund, or apologies for the hotels deplorable condition or my experience. This Jacksonville Sonesta hotel in particular is worthy of a -5 stars - that's a NEGATIVE FIVE STARS.

N/A Roaches, broken furniture, questionable stains on carpet, dirty dishes in dishwasher at check in. Staff changed one room upon request, no apologies was made about the condition of the place. Laundry room and gym both were out of use without prior notice or reimbursement. Tried to get assistance from booking to cancel the stay since it was beyond disappointing and filthy, unfortunately they were not able to get a hold of the office nor were we. There was maybe once during a week stay that we actually saw someone at the front desk. Housekeeping never even came to clean the room during the stay or pick the trash. We were kind of stuck in that place due to prepayment and no reply from the property.

Didn't like that I drove 4 hours to find out they over booked the room and I had to find another hotel to stay in .

good flat space and many plugs-- TV worked but old low resolution-- AC could be adjusted without blowing on me-- seemed like they were trying luggage carts not available on arrival and departure we carried a ton of stuff by hand-- only 3 available for over 100 rooms- disability wall anchors not stable-- worrisome in the shower -- carpet was pretty old as were furnishings-- i dont like soft beds

Not at all what I was expecting based on the pictures. The carpeted floor felt very sticky, we had to put blankets down to walk on it.

Staff was great, room was great room was clean and spacious. Very pet friendly.

I’ve been to this hotel twice in about 40 days and the elevator has not been working either time. It was a great inconvenience to have to take my bags up the stairs.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel ever. I was charged a hold 2 times for a room they never could put me in and never got to stay there. I ended up having to secure another place to stay. The staff pretty much did not care to help and just wanted to charge deposit after deposit blaming the system for not seeing the deposit hold. At 2:30 am we finally secured another place to stay. All calls to them have been ignored at this time
