I always love coming to this hotel before a cruise. Its clean and the staff is always friendly.

Room was clean except what looked to be pubic hairs in the bed & a big indention in the bed. Made an uncomfortable sleeping position. Batteries were dying in the remote. Overall 3.8/5

Room was clean and comfortable enough as expected, could have used another chair. Breakfast at Tru is pretty bad - nothing healthy except a bowl of unripe bananas and some apples. Egg omelettes were hard, dried out and not at all good. The yogurt came from a machine that said, “real cane sugar and vanilla”, we much prefer real plain yogurt, ripe fruit. Really we didn’t go there for breakfast, but it would have been nice. The coffee, on the other hand, was very good.

This has been one of the best experiences I had. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant, courteous, and professional.

My main complaint is the shower being too slippery. There was a grab bar, but I almost fell a few times.

This was our first time stay at Tru and I must say e glad we did. The hotel and room was clean and air conditioning was working. They have a lot of parking and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Newer property. Very clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The friendly two black women that work on the evening shift were very nice and helpful to our group of 11 family members by assisting with restaurant location and places to visit.
