Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jacksonville Airport by IHG

My room was very clean only problem was the commode was too low, need a high up commode. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean and smelling good. I will definitely stay there again

Decent hotel with great staff and great location near airport. Just an older hotel and a little worn but didn't affect our stay. The bed was comfortable and has free breakfast and all day coffee. Bathroom towels were thin and worn but we only stayed one night.

Room was adjacent to poole. Users were loud until 10 pm. A/c unit was very noisy (typical for most motels) but it is possible to have a better design. Bed was right next to a/c unit - bad layout. Breakfast good. Coffee during day provided only fake, flavored "creamer", not half and half. Yuck. Everything else was fine. Except, bathroom door not set/adjusted properly so door didn't close easily (room 408).

Karen and Jessica were so helpful with getting us extra towels, a shuttle to the airport. And so nice and friendly even remembering my name! I enjoyed my stay at this Holiday Inn Express! Also the pool was nice and clean. And breakfast was good with several choices of hot food!

Our stay here was fabulous! The desk staff were very accommodating and friendly! Thank you for that! Breakfast was hot and very tasty! Room clean and comfy. Over all building was clean and smelled good 😃

The hotel was very clean and they had breakfast every morning. The staff was very nice. The room was very large and spacious. They had a pool and a very large jacuzzi. It was very quiet and right on the other side of interstate 95 there was every restaurant and store you could imagine. Everything is right there near the airport. About 25 miles to Amelia Island. About 30 minutes to Jacksonville Beach and pier.

At 2:30 am my first night there someone tried to enter my room, Thry had a key , the only thing preventing them from coming in was the door stop . I told the from desk to see if thry would check the camera but said the manager would not be back til Monday. I can’t believe that nobody is in charge when the manager is out. So pussed . When I checked out the woman said they would contact me. Still waiting. Also the door to the pool was broken so I could not use it z they didn’t get anyone to fix it . And none of the Tv stations worked Don’t ever stay here. I should have gotten a refund for my experience

The breakfast was outstanding every thing was hot and fresh and plentiful... The hot tub was not working ...

We came for a family event. Despite being woken up by a false fire alarm. Our overnight visit was great.
