I've stayed here a number of times and it felt like coming home! The staff is always wonderful, the room is always comfortable and checking out at noon is a perk!!! This hotel is perfectly located and I'm looking forward to the next stay!

I would like to give a special thanks to Mrs. Marion - front desk supervisor for assisting me. My stay at Residence Inn was unexpected. I walked into the lobby deeply disturbed and she sensed it. She offered me a hug and that meant EVERYTHING to me!!! I am forever grateful for Mrs. Marion for acknowledging me as a human and not a customer. This particular property offers free washer and dryer. I was not aware of this when I booked the room. This service served to be extremely helpful as we had to extend our stay.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and worth every penny. There was a false alarm and the fire alarm went off and I had to go down 4 flights of steps with 3 year old who were terrified. I’m not sure if that’s a recurring issue but one of the employees said it happened all the time. That should be fixed immediately. My kids were sleeping and that startled all of us
