I was exhausted from an 10 hr trip and, when I made it to the property, the agent at the desk wouldn't allow me into the room unless I paid a $30 early arrival fee. It was 2:30 and I would have to wait till 3:30. I was totally dismayed since my reserved room was ready at that moment in time. I succumbed and paid it. I am most unhappy about this.

I didn't have many TV channels to choose from. Only coffee for breakfast.

The coffee should be in the room, not on the ground floor. Besides, the carpets at the hotel entrance were dirty and smelled foul.

They only had high beds for disabled people. I fell out of the high bed on the second day and spent the 3rd day on the floor. Finally I reached someone and they called the fire department to help me get up. The hotel was unwilling to refund ONE of the 4 days for the bad service.

Great cost effective place to stay that is pet friendly Microwave at coffee bar to make coffee hot instead of warm or install heated coffee Krafts.

The building shows its age but has been maintained. The pool needs to be cleaned but this may be the off season? Dirty pool

Location The floors and doors in the room were dirty, we had both dead and live roaches in our room. Also our a/c was not plugged up in the room and it was extremely hot in the room which took all night to cool down
