The hotel needs maintenance, it looks old, the room has a smell (very humidity) the a/c vents have dust Great staff

Only giving 3 stars due to the power being shut off at 4am for maintenance. I get this has to be done, but having to leave before that time to not be inconvenienced, was a unpleasant.

We wasn’t at room much but the time in room was good. Rooms seem a little compared the place we stay the night before. Bed needs to be softer but overall good place

Honestly, considering what they charge, I thought it would be worth staying, but I don't recommend it.

Free shuttle to and from DFW airport was great. We would stay at the hotel again.

Property needs updating

When you make a reservation, it has been reserved. I went early to check in and they said it has not been ready yet. I had a long flight and I was really tired. I got the hotel by 11am and they want me to wait till 3pm the checkin time. Is there any way or change that would never happen again? Thank you

Hotel was OK. Rooms are little outdated and they want to charge for parking. Biggest issue was with the water temp in the shower. It would go from warm to scalding hot. When I would adjust the temp slightly to be cooler, it then became freezing cold. Happened both days I was there. Seems like the boiler is having issues. If you have young kids that could be a real problem. Coffee bar was closed Sunday morning as well which was odd.

The rooms are outdated and smell of mold. The pool was out of service. Linens were stained the bathroom is tiny. The drinks at the bar are not worth it.

Not clean at all. Bathtub / shower wouldn't drain. Very uncomfortable

Bar tender was competent but not someone I would ever want to be at your front desk. Very curt and certainly not friendly at all.

Room was with smell, bed sheets were wet and had bug on them. Ac was not working

It was a very nice stay, overall

They air was out and didn’t offer another room because he said I booked through Expedia! Will never stay here again😡

The hotel is close to the DFW airport with 24/7 shuttle service. The room was clean and well-stocked. The breakfast buffet was good. I would stay there again if I had to overnight on a flight connection.

Stag was very accommodating and the shuttle to the airport was extremely convenient!
