I left jewelry and the staff had found it within 15 mins Ave was able to return it.. The ladies at the front wa super helpful work getting us all of us in the room. Me Whitney was great. The ladies at the bar and restaurant was super nice . They made our ladies trip sweet

My bed sheets were dirty upon arrival so I had to move to a different room and that one had bed bugs so I had to move all my things yet again. The room was not upgraded for my inconvenience as promised. I couldn’t find another hotel last minute in the area so I was forced to stay

Staff was the best! They went above and beyond during our stay! It was my daughter’s 18th and they made her feel special! Definitely staying here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the property. What truly stood out was the outstanding customer service. Close to galleria Black Mold in rooms and disgusting smells throughout I checked out immediately and they refused to refund my money

I was given an old room that had nasty stains in the sleep area and bathroom. The room should not be assigned to anyone until it's rectified. Also, the door to the room was extremely heavy. I closed the door and didn't realize the door was not fully closed, which scared me. I couldn't open the door upon entry because the door was extremely heavy. Overall staff were great!!! I did complain about the room and was given an option to move to another room.
