I had a small issue when I checked out. Overall, it was ok. The property is a little dated, and the elevators did not work at one point.

Great Location, Staff was nice and friendly, Hotel was clean and neat. We stayed in a suite with a kitchen. Coffee station could have been stocked better. Kitchen was dated and didn't have plastic utensils or extra coffee disposable cups for the number of days we were staying.

Everything and I mean everything was SPOTLESS! The staff was very attentive and polite. Breakfasts made me feel as though I was on a resort overseas! I stayed in the King suite the views were incredible! I will be making this my go to stay whenever I’m in Houston!!!

It was a great hotel extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was large and well maintained. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Besides this, the property seems very dated. The carpets in the hallway and in the bedroom were very dirty. I would consider other options next time.

If you’re asked if you want to stay on the 26th floor, don’t think it’s an upgrade. I was placed in the highest floor where the ceiling is has mold from the rain.

Elevators out of order for at least half a day. Scary when you are staying in a room on the upper floors (26 story bldg). Had to take 13 flights of stairs. Also 20% water pressure in bathroom sink, yet shower & kitchen were fine. So this is a plumbing maintenance easy fix...?

Balcony railing broke on the 26th floor. Window leaked and suitcases were soaked when we went to leave and check out. Used wrong Hilton Honors account. Overall the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!

staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel makes you pay 34.00 to park for 1 night they are also not disability friendly, (parking garage steep incline or stairs, no elevator to exit parking garage)

The staff was great, but the room had a damp smell. I didn’t realize until the last day that there were water stains(at least I hope that’s what it was) on the bed.
