Great location, really nice gym. The restaurant was delicious and Starbucks was in the lobby. I wouldn't use the mobile check in as it worked the first day, but then checked us out on our second day. I would check in with the desk only.

THE BUILDING COMPARING TO MY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NEW YORK HOTELS, ALSO THE ENVIRONMENT. I BELIEVE CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT BE PAYING TO GET INTERNET INSIDE THE BEDROOMS, THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THE RESERVATION PAYMENT.

The room I order was nothing I suppose to get and the staff was not helpful and rude

The room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a good job keeping everything in order, and the common areas were also well cared for. Overall, the hotel provided good value for the experience offered.

Staff was nice Booking was double booked by accident twice and hotel never refunded me and I contacted for a refund over a week prior to stay.

The room was fine and the bed was very comfortable. The cleanliness was ok, and we even received a small complimentary bottle of water in the room, although it was a double occupancy. The view was great and the location was excellent for our needs. I expected the hotel to be much more modern than it actually was. For example, the bathroom had a small bathtub instead of a shower cabin. I haven't seen such tubs in European hotels for a long time. I noticed that the American hotels we stayed in had an old, dated vibe, which was more or less prominent. The bathroom faucet was leaking and the fan was poor, didn't seem to work very well. Another thing I noticed is that hotels in America do not have a minibar; there is a fridge, but it's empty. At the reception, the staff wasn't very knowledgeable. They charged us a deposit of over $300, yet they couldn't even tell us if there was an ATM in the area. One of the escalators was out of order and I expected to find a luggage scale at reception, but they didn't have one. The lobby area was poorly designed and felt bare. I think the hotel industry in America should really take lessons from Europe. They have fallen behind...

Bar/restaurant not open long enough

They overall stay was great the staff was very helpful and the place was clean. My only complaint would be travel to the parking deck it’s kind of aggravating. I stayed in room 521 and the shower head was a bit messed up but still worked just happens to leak a bit at the top. Loved staying at the double tree overall and had an amazing time on my Houston visit. Hope to come back and would definitely recommend to others and book again if needed.

The hotel is in a convenient location and I like the outdoor area. The elevator was older and took way long too move down, but was fine going up. The staff was the best...super helpful and very nice.

They have an honest staff …. I left a designer bag with 1,000 in it that was returned untouched five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bad
