The bathroom is shower only. No exhaust fan but opening the BR window a couple of inches and the large ceiling fan in front pulls the air through. Super cold AC is great. Walmart or Target will deliver to the office. Restaurants and entertainment just steps away. No need for a car. Music at night from Margueritaville. Nicks bar is loud but didn’t bother us at all and we were on that end. Cabanas on the beach with 2 chairs were $50/day and worth it! Bring beach towel. My group definitely recommends The Diane!

Location Old towels looked like the towels were used as cleaning rags they need to update their bedding , I also asked for my room to be cleaned and make the bed and it wasn’t done
