Caribbean Resort by the Ocean

As for the room, this property could be such a cute little destination especially since its right on the boardwalk and steps to the beach. The room had seen better days. The bathroom definitely needs an update. The bathroom cabinet you can see has areas that are broken. Its superficial but replacing would make it look a bit better. The bed- they should invest in better mattresses. It was so hard, every move to try and get comfortable the bed would squeak. The room does have a kitchenette with a fridge, stove, microwave, sink. There are restaurants on the strip and if on vacation do you want to necessarily cook? If your trying to save money then the kitchenette would be useful. The hotel itself could be so cute if they could make some changes and be careful when painting so its doesn't look sloppy. All in all for an overnight stay it wasn't bad and if you dont care about the bed then this could be the place for you.

De primera es sumamente agradable llegar y que el personal de recepción te reciba de una manera cordial y muy amable , luego la limpieza de las habitaciones , la instalación , el trato excelente del personal , en fin le doy un 10 de 10 a este lugar y volveremos pronto sin duda .

Property is close to the Hollywood boardwalk/beach making it a great location to walk to many places to shop and eat and have entertainment.

This is an old place, floors worn out and dirty. Appliances are old and may or may not work.

Staff very friendly. Property clean and comfortable. Tiki bar is great but unfortunately they only have wine based liquor (they have beer and wine) or we would have been there more often. Would definitely return. Loved the property and very convenient to everything.

Love that they get you in your room early. We stayed 1 night and they were great about it. Planning a longer trip next time.

So then the maintenance guy opens the freezer looks it gives a thumbs up as he’s looking at all our food and ice bags 2 to mention. Then opens the refrigerator. Looks inside. Looks at me and says it’s at 10 max. Give me a thumbs up and say yeah are you touching the inside and he just gets up walk out speak to the manager and hear the manager say well you heard the man it’s at max. History of contrast

Great location room was comfortable and clean

The room wasn't very clean. Had little opaque things that looked like rice all over the floor and in the shower. The room had holes in the wall and broken fixtures. The bed was somewhat comfortable, but it moved everytime we did. Tiles were all cracked and you could see outside through the baseboards in the floor. Definitely needs some work! Location was good - not on the beach, but walk easily to it.

The rooms ac in 122 did not function well , it was hot the whole night, I plugged a small air fryer and the whole kitchen breaker went out. The staff was very nice and the room was clean but not everything worked

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very close to the Broadwalk, restaurants and the beach. All within walking distance.

The place was larger than expected. Parking was easy. Boardwalk was close! The tiki bar was great and enjoyed chatting with the bartender. Housekeeping forgot to empty the trash under the kitchenette sink, so that was gross and smelled (why I only gave 4 stars). Bed was comfy.
