Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Airport North

unfortunately the room itself had several issues that contributed to the rating.. overall the hotel was actually pretty nice.. In the room, when I sat down to work in the living area, i tried to turn on the TV with no success.. i tried multiple things but ended up calling maintenance - the person could not resolve the issue and indicated he would have to call a supervisor and come back. I was there for 2 days and it was never resolved and there was never any communication to me about it. Then in the bedroom, neither of the wall lamps by the bed were operable, only the overhead lights. And on the left side of the bed, the entire outlet/ usb port was also inoperable. Frankly with all the electrical items that were not working, I was a little concerned about an electrical fire while I slept. Last, and less concerning was just the ironing board... i was able to make it work but it is very short and even at under 6' tall, I had to bend over while ironing my shirts.

The room’s A/C unit was set for 69 degrees. I changed tilt to 72 before going to dinner. When I returned 2 hours later, it was 67 degrees! Then turned it off. A few hours later it went back on by itself. I finally had to set it for heat mode to get the temp up. While I set it for 72, in heat mode it wound up going to 76. So, again I turned it off. This was room 411, which I will avoid in the future.!

I had a wonderful stay, so wonderful that I ended up booking another stay for next month. The staff was amazing, the room was amazing, and everything was perfect. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and can’t wait to come back.

Nice stay. Definitely would recommend.

Decent spacious room. Very clean. Staff was quite inviting. Easy shuttle to the airport. When we put the address into Google Maps, the pin code location (in the Maps) was incorrect. So we drove to some random parking lot. They need to change this.

We had an issue with our shower in our first room. The second room we got moved to had a door that was difficult to close.

It's clean, everything is fresh, and it's secure. We ate at the restaurant and asked our waitress if they had any lemonade. They did not. BUT. This young lady went out of her way to MAKE us fresh lemonade. Best drink I've had in MY LIFE. 20/10 would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Also, don't be afraid to ask for menus to local places to eat at the front desk. They have some KILLER recommendations. Seriously. DO IT. Some of the best pizza I've ever had in the WORLD came from a place close by. I know pizza. I'm a bid dude who lives in NYC. This place sets the gold standard <3 <3 <3

Everything was great! But, nobody ever came and cleaned my foom. I was there with kids. From Friday-Monday. So i did it myself.

Location was great for us to get to the airport. The restaurant was good as well. The room was nice, clean, and had plenty of space. The bed was very uncomfortable.
