The staff and the property of doubletree by Hilton was good. Actually, I enjoyed the hotel good and great people.

My room was dirty and has things on the floor not only that the sheets was also stain with black balls I asked for another room. They told me that I wasn’t able to get another room. The pool looks like someone peed in it for a day as soon as you get in, it is warm. Customer service is zero out of 10 they make you pay $56 for parking.

Pros: The air in the room stayed on so my room was nice and cool. The water was nice and hot for the shower. The bed linens were clean. The hotel was quiet. I had a beautiful view of big trees.

The room had a stain on the carpet and the overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was of low quality. The service was not great either. The pictures from when I made the reservation did not match the original room / hotel

Just the lighting in the bathroom was dull I was trying to do my hair

I had to change rooms three times as my first room had a dirty rag under the snick, shower was nasty, shower curtain smelled of mildew and was stained. The second room the comforter and sheets were left on the pull out sofa instead of the end I assumed they were soiled. Third room I was given a kind bed that I shared with my 15 year old son who was turning 16 during our stay what a way to start the birthday weekend off. I was given two vouchers for free breakfast upon using them AFTER I ate staff in the diner informed me the vouchers only covered $13.50 each!!!

Great location and great staff. Only thing I would say the parking lot will be packed on a busy weekend. Such as the World Cup lol. Will stay again

The hallway light is busted! The sink is semi clogged! Meaning it takes a while before water is drained. Hot water in the shower will take 30-45 minutes to get warm- hot. No soap , conditioner and shampoo in the shower.

Nice location. Gym, bar were nice. Bathroom walls were not clean. Carpet stained. No towels at the pool. No free breakfast.

The room was dirty, there was stains on the bed sheets, bathroom and walls. The room light switch does not work. The floor bedroom floor is so dirty and disgusting. Zero out of 10 for me
