Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Lovely property. It has a dark, moody vibe in the lobby and rooms. I was pleasantly surprised the coffee shop and restaurant were beauiful, creams and white, great atmosphere, great food, good service!

The staff was extremely pleasant and professional. We were greeted warmly! The room was not as clean it should be. The curtains had stains on them.

The room was spacious and clean! The staff was friendly and quick to assist. The hotel itself was really nice and by far the best place ive stayed in greensboro. I travel there 4 times a year for work and will definitely be booking here again.

We had dinner at the Printworks Bistro Bar and as I remembered it from 3 years ago...excellent staff, ambiance and food...Trout for me and a beef bourguignon for my husband...truly amazing. Also, the breakfast of duck confit hash was great! Thanks to everyone for making our layover for our trip back north memorable.

Upon arrival the staff is very welcoming and the front desk helpful and so friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful the rooms are spacious and very clean. They have a great restaurant there that is delicious and charming to eat in! Room service was not a hit for many reasons during this stay.
