I didn’t like my room was clean after the 4th day. I didn’t like that I was charged for parking on property parking spot.

Property was clean and the staff where friendly The hotel is on the last stage of renovation.

Room was nice and spacious, food was ok. Staff was kind

The room was clean, staff was helpful and kind, breakfast was great but no shuttle. Not from the airport or to the airport. The shuttle was a major factor in picking the hotel. To find out it was not available was very disappointing.

Stay was comfortable. The bed was great. Kitchen just didn’t have any liquid soap. Only dishwasher soap. I don’t have any complaints. I will be back with more family vacations.

Booked this hotel because of the on site restaurant and it didn't open.....on a Saturday night. Had I known that I would've picked a different hotel, was not worth paying more than other hotels in the area. Staff was wonderful. Hotel is old and not very clean. TV didn't work in my room, had to switch rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful but there's other hotels in the area I will stay at instead next time.

Was under going remodel and was a bit dirty from construction. Clean room and decent breakfast. Good value for price.

Rooms were nice It was dirty and appeared to be in the middle of renovations but nothing was clean and tidy in the common areas

Close to airport Room was unready for stay. Bed was uncomfortable. Wallpaper coming off wall. Shower curtain hanging by a thread on the wall. No staff around at all houra.

The hotel is under construction and really dirty. The pool is closed. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. They parking lot was full of dumpsters in construction equipment. There were spider webs on the ceiling of the room and a layer of dust on all surfaces. The pillows were small , like twin size for a king bed. The breakfast food was overcooked seemed to have been reheated from previous days.

Hard to relax when construction is going on bright and early

Room was basic, they had some water heater issues so we never got hot water in our room during our two night stay. Could have done a better job cleaning up the debris from the workers.

Room was excellent. Staff is hospitable, friendly, and helpful. This would be a 5 star review of not for the $10 a night parking charge as ' incidental'.
