The hotel itself is in a nice area. The hotel was clean and looked nice. The breakfast was good but not much variety. Our room smelled like mildew and it was miserable to stay there with the awful smell. Front desk was not helpful. I emailed the manager about the situation and have not received anything back. It has been more than 24 hours and no response.

Great location. Breakfast selections were pretty good and always stocked. Air conditioner is very loud in the room but after one night you get use to it. Walls are paper thin so you’re able to hear people next door if they’re loud. I had to alert the front desk at 3am about the people next to us because they had no common courtesy to not have music blaring and singing out loud. Front desk took care of it immediately.

Extremely disappointing stay at the Hampton Inn Frisco, TX. I booked two nights (June 16–18) through Expedia, but the room was unacceptable from the start—strong musty and body odor smell, and an unsanitary bathroom. After the first night, the hotel checked me out with only a phone call asking why my belongings were in the room; I had to call immediately to ensure my belongings weren’t removed, which added unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, I was later incorrectly charged as if I had stayed three nights. The staff was unprofessional, not personable, and repeatedly forgetful during basic interactions. The iron in the room was defective; I called the front desk but never received a replacement and had to leave without being able to use it. Breakfast was also disappointing, with waffle makers out of commission. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend the Hampton Inn Frisco MOTEL, to anyone looking for an inexpensive place to stay for the night.

It was a very clean room. Pets were allowed, which was very convenient. Quiet well-maintained. Breakfast was wonderful. We had no complaints. Excellent hotel.

We went to be close to the Coamerica center so we could walk to a graduation ceremony and would’ve been great but it rain and didn’t work out. Close to Legacy Hall where the served all kinds of food.

Conveniently located. 30 minutes or so from Bob Jones field Southlake and Old Celina Park. One of the elevators was out of service.

Breakfast was really good! And we forgot shampoo, conditioner and body soap at home, so the fact that the room had full sized bottles available was awesome! Over all price for the room, for 1 night was a little high. Given that breakfast was free, and it was good. We were charged $200 a night and then went down to the front desk's little store area and got about 5 sodas and a water bottle. After check out, we were charged another $88 on top of the $200 and we never received the $25 deposit back. It was a good room but the TV never worked. The hallways were so humid and hot and the elevator felt like it was about to just stop working work you inside of it.

Location was great and breakfast was good Front desk had a little bit of an attitude. Upon check-in, my room smell the smoke even though the whole floor is supposed to be not smoking or is makeup prints all over the bathroom door. I ended up cleaning it so that they didn't charging me for it. Beds uncomfortable

The ac worked well in the room The pool was disgusting and not well kept generally. My towels in my room were so old that when I went to dry off with them they ripped. The room was very antiquated and the bathroom looked like a gas station bathroom. Handles on doors and towel/toilet paper holders were coming out of the wall. The light fixtures were not properly installed. The beds were lumpy and old and hard. The management did nothing about guests running up and down the halls slamming doors and partying. The breakfast was not kept up with there was hardly any options and it was dirty we did not eat there.
