It was great close by Staff was helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The receptionist was a little rude when checking in.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast great. Big spacious rooms Paying for parking when there was no actual security to the parking lot. And we were in an odd location that didn't have true alternatives if you wanted to street park.

needed to be near Dickies Arena. Worked out good. Uber around used for local transportation nothing I could think of

We had hail damage to our vehicle in St. Louis, Missouri, and could not make it back to Texas. I called Booking.com and the hotel several times starting Tuesday before the 5/1 checkin to get a refund due to these circumstances. Both companies told me it was nonrefundable but then told me under the circumstances I would get a refund. However, they could not work it out between them and I did not get a refund at all, just the runaround. I am very upset that neither company could handle this. I will ot use booking.com ever again!

This is a three-star hotel. There's nothing spectacular about it. The fact that they charge a premium dollar per night for this property and then add on a $20 parking fee is adding insult to injury. In my humble opinion the parking fee should be included in an already inflated nightly rate. Again folks this is a three-star property

The room I paid for and reserved was not the room they gave me still charged me for the for the room I didn't get.

Breakfast was always nice, staff was easy to work with, my friends that were staying at a different location was jealous. I had stayed at this location last year and would come back again in the future. No complains overall, both times the room size has been very spacious and comfortable. Single bed + pullout couch was good. My friend would say that the mattress could be more comfortable for the couch but good for what it is.
