This hotel was perfectly located for everything I needed to get done in Fort Worth. Centrally located and close to the interstate. Everything was maybe 15 minutes away.

We stayed 2 nights. The staff is amazing. Very helpful and polite. Quick and fast service with your needs. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Great commute location if staying in forth worth. Not a 5 star hotel but breakfast and staff makeup for it. We had a good stay

Nothing building showing age Had a bad smell, bathtub water wouldn’t shut off

Some of the staff was awesome after us having an experience of not having hot water for a day two days one of the staff people finally moved us to a different room We were without hot water for two days and taking a cold shower

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is great, and parking was adequate. The only bad thing was that all the ice machines were broken. They did supply a ziplock bag of ice when requested.

We had no hot water in our room, the hot tub wasn't working, everything looked like it was run down. Everyone working there was very nice but the property itself needs a lot of work.

Hot tub not working. Pool was very small. Rooms very small and bathroom very small. Tub wouldn't shut completely off. Only 1 floor had ice machine that worked. No access to filtered or fresh water for guest to fill up cups.

Everything I needed was available there. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was polite and helpful. Hairdresser, Iron and ironing board available in the room saved my life! The water from shower wasn’t warm enough when I took shower around 6-7pm and shuttle wasn’t available during my stay.

My only minor complaint is the towel rack is starting to rust; it should be replaced.

Seen a lot of homeless individuals, high population just across the street. One individual was rummaging through trash in hotel parking lot.
