Only one night but as previous stays all went well. Staff is attentive and nice. Rooms in good shape. Conveniant to the areas near by we wanted to visit and hangout at.

Check-in was way too casual. Not very helpful. Also gave us an idea for dinner but a terrible restaurant. Only redeeming qualities is location and rooms. Everything else was just hoe hum

Great stay!

This is not a complaint. It’s just a lifestyle choice. I don’t think I would have booked here if I had known you have to take a 1920s elevator to get to the 24th floor to check in. The elevator has a weight limit of six people max iand in some instances, it appeared that only one elevator was working at a time. Long waits for the elevator! I do love and appreciate vintage art deco buildings, but not when my schedule doesn’t give me the freedom to wait…..We were there on a busy weekend and they gave away my room because they needed it and it had two queen beds and they “upgraded me “to a corner suite room. I didn’t mind because lots of families were there for FIFA. However, this room was next to the elevators which sounds like a train is moving at all times and the elevators make a high-pitched sound that is annoying at night before you go to bed. I had to put on my headphones to drown out the noise so I could fall asleep! Everyone checking out at the same time made it a crazy experience getting an elevator and I didn’t have time to share my thoughts to the desk about my experience because we had reservations for brunch and couldn’t take the risk of the elevator taking A LONG Time!

It perfectly blends historic charm with modern luxury. We especially enjoy its downtown Fort Worth location, which makes it easy to explore nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. The staff is friendly and attentive, helping make every stay feel special.

The bed and bedding were very comfortable.
-
Very convenient location. Enjoyed watching the Spurs game in the accommodating bar, even though they lost the NBA playoffs. Complimentary coffee in the morning, too

The hotel room had an amazing view, but the elevators were very slow and loud like it would break any moment. The stay was very comfortable.

Che and Debbie were amazing at check in. They ensured we knew about all of the amenities. Che provided me with an umbrella for the rain. Nicholas was very accommodating with our bags. The valet was efficient and knowledgeable about the surroundings. The location was perfection with endless dining & entertainment options within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

Fabulous property! The room was spacious, bed was extremely comfortable, shower was roomy with unbelievably good water pressure. The staff from the valets to checkin went above and beyond. Gave excellent service and recommendations. There are so many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, and the area itself is gorgeous (cobblestone streets, eclectic architecture, and kept clean and orderly in general). The coffee stand right inside the door to Il Modo in the entrance area of the facility was a great feature. Whenever we come back to Ft Worth, the decision about where to stay has already been made for us. Kimpton Harper, you are doing things RIGHT!

Super friendly she helpful staff, beautiful building and clean room. Only issue was ice machines were broken but front desk was able to run up bag of ice for us

We also found the valet service to be disappointing. The evening valet staff appeared frustrated when assisting guests, and retrieving our vehicle took over 30 minutes the first time, causing us to be late for a dinner reservation. Based on our experience, self-parking may be a more convenient option than valet. While the accommodations met expectations, improvements in guest service and valet operations would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Love the boutique property and room. Very spacious , blackout curtains really worked! And the bathroom and shower were great. Beautiful vibe and wonderful staff including hustling valets!

The location was great, the hotel is modern and has a fun vibe. The staff at the bar were not very helpful we struggled to order drinks and were charged for the free wine. This was taken off our bill before we paid when we brought it to the barman's attention. In general the drinks are over priced.

Love this hotel !! It’s always nice and clean. Rooms are great and beds are super comfortable. It’s in a perfect area with lots of things to do within walking distance

Loved this property, the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming ( the front desk is on the 24th fl). Stepped off the elevator and was hit with the most delicious smell of truffle parmesan fries and yes we got an order and they were even better then they smelled. The room was clean and comfortable, check out was easy via text.

Friendly staff and clean room.

It is a beautiful hotel and what I believe to be an old office building that was remodeled very tastefully. We were traveling with our small dog so we didn’t get to take advantage of any of the amenities. Only negative comment for me is the cost a valet parking. Very expensive.
