Amazing experience. From the staff, to the facilities, to the food and cocktails. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed it, and I have stayed in many. Great decor too.

Beautiful hotel with classy western decor. Friendly and helpful staff. Located near museums and Dickies arena. Food at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was excellent. Fitness area was very nice - looks out onto the pool.

A very nice hotel but not a true 5 star property. No room service after 11pm and a pool that closes early at 8pm. Hotel needs a standard 10pm pool closing and a limited late night 24 hour menu.

Don't change a thing !

I did have a few balls of dust quite large maybe under bed that moved around I found next morning and I picked it up with a Kleenex One other thing. I found and I have travelled extensively over the last 49 years in many 4/ 5 star hotels …. Those trash wooden trash cans are not good! Too small opening and way too small! Plus there should be one in the vanity area where the sink is……. Other than those two things I found the room very comfortable. Should have remote blinds or shades ….. Thank you

The food is excellent, the beds are comfy, the rooms are new, the hotel is quiet. The main restaurant is excellent but crowded on weekends.

This hotel is excellent. They have a variety of amenities, food options, shopping and entertainment. The staff is wonderful and they pay close attention to the small details which I love. Highly recommend if you are in this area.

Love the property. Third or fourth stay. But several spaces shut off due to events and my room was very noisy. Did not sleep well at all. Close to elevator and housekeeping were noisy

Hostess/owner, Jo Ellard, goes above and beyond to make her guests of this quintessential five star hotel a must stay bucket list home away from home. Only retreat was not able to stay longer than a day due to work week schedule…will be back soon and often!

the staff here are always so accomodating. We loved the view from our room. The pool was nice and relaxing with a nice view on the second floor.
