Wi-fi was slow, and seemed to stop entirely every 2-3 hours, for 5-10 minutes. This was annoying because I was working on something that needed regular wi-fi.

It was pool side It would be better if I did not have to change rooms because the toilet broke and water was all over the fool and they said I can't get my deposit it because there was shit on the bed and there was not

I been here many times the front desk staff are very nice and helpful. It don’t matter a what time I get there they are always nice and helpful. Room is always clean never have trouble with the room. This place is very nice

Danny! This is the best value of hotel anywhere in Florida, especially during the busy season. This broad that works during Friday mornings before three… she got something up some where the sun don’t shine. My race was a little off setting for her, and she was soooooo hell bent on saying “no” over a minor issue that she could have resolved on her own but chose to put the responsibility onto me, the guest. Fortunately we had been there before to know the right people to deal with, so it’s just a suggestion to wait till after three on Friday so you don’t have to deal with that bs.

The room was clean, nicely decorated with furniture in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable. There was safe and convenient parking, too. We did have some problems with the TV and WiFi was slow. The staff was quick to fix the problems. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is noisy, the room was clean. There was lots of foot traffic outside at night. Someone knocking on my door . Had to call staff to assist. Staff was very appropriate. Rate was great!

Perfect spot for a Ft Myers night

Asked for a ground floor and was told they had no availability. The 3 days we stayed I counted over 10 every day. .. I guess you gotta pay more money. Also was provided with 2 pillows 2 towels. The head board was all brittle and chipped away. Was put in a non smoking room, but there was cigarettes burns everywhere. I guess you get what you pay for. Also druggies galore. Seen 3 used needles in parking lot. Picture in advertising isn't what you get. Totally off. Spend the extra few bucks for something a lot nicer. Can't forget. I itched the whole time I slept in the king size bed.
