What we expected. The location is walkable to many restaurants and parks and very close to downtown. Breakfast is always good. Plenty of sitting room in the lobby and breakfast area.

Stayed I. A King room with a microwave and fridge. Great value with Hilton Honors membership. Self-serve breakfast was included: with hot and cold options, including scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausage or bacon, fried potatoes, oatmeal with choice of toppings, pastries and waffles, and cold cereals. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned plus fresh towels every other day. Our only disappointment was that they provided only one set of towels per person. We could have requested a few more, so we will next time. Already booked a stay next month!

Cleaning was not every day and a couple of times asked for it to be made up but it never happened. Gym room was a little warm. But it was a great hotel in walking distance to downtown Fort Myers, and was great other than those couple of minor points. But it’s a great location to explore south west Florida which was why we had booked it, and its proximity to food and drinking venues within 10 minute walk

Minimal parking, we had to fight with contractors parking large trucks. Hotel is right next to Edison bridge. Pool is next to bottom of bridge so its not very relaxing. Good location if you want to be near downtown. Front desk staff were very nice. Check in and out were quick. Rooms were clean and comfortable. TV channel selection is small compared to other hotels.

Everything was great and the staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was great and couldn’t complain about it at all !!! I stayed for 3 nights and I wish that my room was cleaned/dredged up at least the second night. I wanted my garbage empty and just fresh towels . But I mean I would definitely stay there again if I was back in Town!

Staff was Always Friendly, daily Breakfast was so good with an array to choose from, plenty of parking and rooms were clean!!! What more could you ask for! We will definitely be coming back!
