Quiet and comfortable stay off 95.

Internet didn’t work. Breakfast was minimal, no orange juice. Loud, intrusive music although desk did intervene when asked at 4 am. Check in desk clerk was quite abrupt.

Rooms were clean, staff ok, Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, No Bacon? Parking was rough, had to walk thru a barricade of bushes and the walkway had cars blocking it. Need to get that taken care of before someone gets hurt. Not good for people 60 to 90. The shower had no body shampoo. I would not recommend this place until the parking and walkway was fixed.

The pool wasn't working/open, and the internet was out the entire time (two days).

This hotel was not up to par with what we paid for it. We could not access the WiFi, there were multiple soaps missing/empty in the bathroom, the soap dispenser was broken, the breakfast ran out of multiple things before 9:00 and struggled to restock the items, we waited at least half an hour for them to refill the coffee, and the staff appeared to be very frustrated with each other. Before we could even attempt to voice our concerns the front desk advised we booked 3rd party and told us to “have a good day.” They then also denied our refund when the 3rd party tried to advocate for one.

The rooms were clean but the staff was unfriendly. No greeting, no smiles and no pleasant tone. Was disappointed.
