This was the worst hotel I have every stayed in. The room was not clean and after several complaints to front desk staff nothing was done. Until I had to go get a broom and vacuum from a house keeper and do it my self. They also left my door open to my room. I would give it zero stars if I could. Please dont book this hotel!

Shower door didn't close properly so water leaked out on to tile floor.

Checked in at 11:30 at night and had to run down to the front desk 3 times to find out why the key wasn’t working…very frustrating Finally after the 3rd time trying with new sets of keys, I asked the front desk lady to go up and check out the keys.. The door lock was malfunctioning and I had to get another room.

We did not have towels in our room when we arrived. Had to ask for them

There was a moving bug and hair all under the sheets! We had moved from a room that had crumbs and spots all over rhe floor before we went to room 100 where the bug and hair were. I was livid! We had to move all belongs at 1:30 AM.

We booked a room with two queen beds and was only provided with two bath towels...we had 3 guests and the room should sleep 4.

Staff in evening and morning were very nice. The room was clean and the beds were very comfy. Although it was a short stay, the room was worth every penny! We booked a room with two queen beds and was only provided with two bath towels...we had 3 guests and the room should sleep 4.

I do not like polyester sheets for the price and name brand I expect 100% cotton sheets not cheap plastic sheets
