The rooms were great and the breakfast and fitness room were both very nice. The pool and hot tub were great also and very conveniently located by our room on the first floor.

Was a nice stay. Was happy there was no upcharge at the hotel for having a dog with us.

We did not even get clean towels nor was our room cleaned. A cleaning lady came by in the morning and asked if we needed anything and I told her yes, we would like our room cleaned and fresh towels she asked when we would be out of the room I told her 20 minutes. When we returned that evening our room was not cleaned nor did we have clean towels:) Our room was not vmcleaned nor was our room cleaned.

I liked the hooks for hanging clothes above where I set my suitcase. That helped keep all my clothes in one place so I didn’t forget anything. I prefer walk in showers.

First and Foremost: THE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!!! They did well working with what they have to work with and they were EXTREMELY accommodating. Breakfast was okay but not up to the level of what I'm used to from Hampton Inn The place is, by what I observed being allowed to fall apart. The elevator did not work and to say the facility was dated is an almost laughable understatement. I have NEVER been in a Hampton Inn that was so poor -- until now.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Completed my special room request promptly and followed up to make sure it met my expectations. I didn't know it at the time, but the hotel was not in a convenient place for the tournament I was working. The hotel was great, clean, comfortable, within walking distance of restaurants, but not close to the tournament site.

Clean. Breakfast was served later so we could stay on our CDS time Charged card deposit then told us. Wanted to pay with cash so we could get refund when we checked out vs several weeks later
