Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Elkhart North

The television didn't work well. We couldn't get rid of the CC words or adjust the volume. The breakfast cholces were not good. The food and water for the tea was not hot. We wouldn't stay there again.

Rooms were clean Offered breakfast was missing items, syrup inedible ( when asked for)

Checking out, it was a very unpleasant stay. There was not a single good thing about this hotel. Even the elevator was past due on safety inspection. Everything could have been better. The shower barely had enough pressure to get wet with. The microwave burnt my food instead of cooking it. The TV froze and loaded most of the time. The bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained. The room smelled funny.

Pool was closed. If you didnt go to breakfast at 6 am on the dot food was gone.

Location was excellent The pool hasn't worked in who knows how long,grass needs cut,cigarette butts swept up,trash in the little pond needs to be cleaned up and the GREEN water needs drained out. The pictures they use for this place are completely deceiving Radisson might have had something to do with this place 20 years ago but no more

Dirty whirl pool

Close to main road 1/2 city block from grocery store. No iron board, fitness room Wet water under foam tile, electrocution hazard, only wash cloth on towel rack no staff at front desk to get body towel I did not have, TV cable glitchy, poor internet available.

Hair dryer broken and hanging from the wall.

Clean room, good location, nice staff

had reservations through booking.com,,, due to weather had to cancel two days,, country inn said they would re -due my night instead of booking.com whom i went thru and they triple charged me for the night. not happy and wont consider them for my return this coming week

Front desk was rude. Lobby was dark and facilities were closed. There was a pool and spa advertised but not offered. We cancelled our reservation and took our business elsewhere ? Very disappointed

Called booking.com to tell them about our experience they were NOT HELPFUL GAVE ME A WEBSITE to upload photos of my two room move that was not available and then decided to give me at 26.06 travel credit for my inconvenience…. NOT ACCEPTABLE… I will be going to corporate Dirty, dingy, smelled, toilets ran all night, our door to our FIRST ROOM WAS PROPPED WIDE OPEN WHEN WE GOT THERE!!!!! No to one was cleaning it! And no towels in it either let alone a lamp shade I have lots of pictures to prove all of this also

well for breakfast, they didn't have very much and the little girl that was running the place upfront. She was kind of rude and didn't know what was going on and they didn't have no orange juice. They only had milk and apple juice and coffee that was it and when the lady was down there, she asked her if there was any gravy left, and she seemed to get mad . and the pool has been out of order for a while. this could be a nice place to stay if they would fix stuff there . and they really need a maintenance guy. I'm not sure if they actually have one.

Room, lobby and breakfast area were clean Pool/spa were closed and we were not made aware until we were checking in. We specifically chose the hotel for that reason. However, the manager did call another franchise that accommodated us to go swimming, but we had to drive 20 miles to that hotel and we had grandchildren that really wanted to go swimming. The beds in our room had different style mattresses. One was very hard and rather flat whereas the other was a bit more comfortable. One of the window treatments in our room, had a severely torn sheer curtain. The room was not updated at all with any USB ports to allow us to plug in our cell phones. The desk in our room had a bad leg. And overall, the room is very outdated. There were two remotes for the TV but the instructions for the TV were so complicated in order to try and figure out how to run it. So we didn’t even bother to turn it on during the five day. Stay that we were there. Some of the wallpaper was peeling.

I do feel that the room could have smelled better and been dusted. You could see a lot of corners on the carpets have been neglected.

The reason I booked it for the Pool and Hot Tub. Unfortunately, the pool hot tub was down again. I booked it a few months back in the same thing happened then I booked it for the pool and hot tub and of course when I get there, the pool and tub is down again. Yes they gave us the option to drive 20 minutes to another facility to use their pool but the reason to book a pool at the same hotel is so you can relax and not worry about anything else. I feel they should’ve taken some money off of my bill, but they did not give that option. They gave me an option to upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, but that’s not the same so I will not be booking at the facility again.

Nice staff, clean rooms, decent breakfast. Good value for the price. Would stay again.
