Breakfast is good.

The breakfast needed more options/variety of pastries and fruits and some veggies and hard boiled eggs. The pool area didn’t seem clean enough. The bed was comfortable. Suite/hotel was clean. Food was decent. Shuttle staff was friendly. all staff was professional,

I only booked the room to go for a swim and relax before I called and made reservations they ensured me everything was fine , upon arrival and check in the pool wasn’t working . They then lied and kept saying it’s being worked on , I never seen a worker handling it . Overall stays I had no problem. Definitely not booking again

Had a great time at this hotel. We went with our small children and the room was big and clean. The hotel is also in a good area and it was easy to take public transit. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too, it had a great variety and everything was fresh.

Eh, this was okay. The air-conditioning situation is a travesty as it was so hot, and the hotel shut off the cooling. Was like 76 in the room and the AC control is fake - doesn't actually work of the hotel doesn't have it on for the whole building. Breakfast was great though

Overall, the excellent location and helpful staff made for a positive experience. I would consider staying here again, especially for a short stay or overnight transit through LAX.

Great experience! They have the best complimentary brunch and cocktail hour. Great central location and amenities. Beware of $48/ day parking. There is some available street parking, but it is much more inconvenient

The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness and was conveniently located near the graduation venue. Upon my arrival, the hotel premises presented an unpleasant odor. The room temperature was uncomfortably low, and it was not until the final day of my stay that a heater was provided, allowing for a comfortable environment.

Near to hotel Over charged on the overnight parking, already informed the reception only required overnight parking for 1 night, upon check out, the hotel still charged 2 nights parking usd48/night, already email to the hotel since 3 June but no action action and no reply , poor customer service

It was an excellent stay room is very clean staff amazing breakfast was amazing. Only thing I would share is that they didn’t have any creamers that have flavor. My godmother was with me and could’ve used vanilla or hazelnut but everything was amazing. The turtles on site there’s five cute turtles in the pond. Super cool to see great pictures in the lobbies very cozy. Great view to see the planes takeoff great location.

The property is well located and we appreciate the evening cocktails and having an onsite restaurant. Breakfast is also nice. This was our second visit and the only complaint is regarding the shuttle. Each time it's taken a long time for the shuttle. Since the property is only a few miles away, I don't know why it takes so long!!
