Getting adequate towels and washcloths was basically impossible. Housekeeping never checked on our room during our 4-day stay.

Floors were a little dirty. Toilet restroom was dirty from the outside. Stains, ac dropped working at 3am which was horrible. Super hot day.

The room was not cleaned properly. There old food left in the microwave with fuzzy growing mold , roach crawling in the restroom wall . White powered on the counter next to the microwave. Never again will I rent in that motel. Nothing

CHECKING IN WAS CONFUSING AFTER USING THIS 3RD PARTY. I HAD TO CALL HERE AND GET THIS FIXED. NEVER HAD PROBLEMS BEFORE

Bait-and-Switch Rooms: We paid for a king bed were given a queen instead of the king we actually paid for. To make matters worse, the designated "non-smoking" room heavily reeked of old cigarette smoke. Abysmal Cleanliness: The room was completely neglected. The bathroom floor and bathtub were covered in hair from the previous occupants, and the room didn’t even have a basic trash can. The "Airport Shuttle" Trap: They advertise an airport shuttle, but it is practically useless. When we asked about it, the dismissive front desk agent just pointed to a sign. The only available times are 3:00 AM and 10:00 AM. If you have a standard mid-morning flight (like our 10:45 AM flight), the schedule is completely unhelpful. Breakfast Disappointment: The breakfast itself was decent, but they managed to fail at the most important part of a morning meal: they hadn't brewed any coffee. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cleans their rooms, honors reservations, and provides real customer service.
