Conveniently located to the airport

Although the property was clean and the rooms were quiet, the bathtub was slippery. Better to use a towel on the floor of the tub to avoid slipping.

The room was comfortable and spacious enough. The night desk manager was not friendly at all. When we walked in, she was counting money, which we could understand her being focused. But even when she was finished, that "I'm over it" look was still on her face. She read through the "checklist" of need to knows but we never got a smile and her "have a good night" was lukewarm at best. She was either having a bad night or she was hating her job--for someone in hospitality, you'd think she would at least try to make the guests feel welcome and not like they're inconveniencing her from other things. Not a good first impression. We won't be coming back.

The woman at the front desk was very serious and came across as unfriendly. As the first person guests interact with upon arrival, I believe the front desk representative should provide welcoming, professional, and friendly customer service. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the greeting we received did not make us feel valued or welcomed as guests. A warmer and more approachable attitude would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

Enjoyed the proximity to Ft Bliss, would definitely stay here again.

The motel, in general, was very clean. It was nice place to stay at an affordable price.

It had one of the best breakfast bars I have seen in a long while. The staff also kept the area very clean and was extremely welcoming.

Closeness to the airport Old, furniture with teared upholstery, bathroom floor with uneven tiles. Overall in pretty bad condition

Breakfast was good. The beds were GREAT! I wish I could find sheets like yours ! The shower curtain isn't quite long enough. When the water hits it, it allows water onto the floor. That's the ONLY thingI would change.
