We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel. It is exceptionally stylish, clean, and modern. However, there were two downsides: the front desk staff seemed a bit unfriendly, and more importantly, the bathroom door wouldn't lock. Other than these points, everything was great and we truly enjoyed our time here.

Staff was great, very polite. Breakfast was good too. There was hair on the 2nd bed plus the bathroom floor. The room was not cleaned properly. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Too expensive. It is too far from Durham and Raleigh downtown.

The staff at the hotel were so helpful and kind. Had an emergency booking and they were all very attentive. I felt safe and the rooms were nice and clean.
