The staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. The outside of the hotel looked nice but inside there was a strange smell - once to our room the smell of weed and old smoke was prevalent. The room was dirty and there were burn marks all over the floors. The pull out bed was extremely nasty, so much so, we didn’t use it. The double beds weren’t very comfortable either. All throughout the night people were very loud and you could easily hear them. Questionable people walking around outside. Think I could’ve found something safer and more comfortable for a little bit more money.

The first room we had didn’t match our reservations. The front desk helped quickly to get us from one full to two beds. The halls smelled like smoke even though this is a non smoking place. The room did not smell like smoke. The second room, we had no linens for the bed. The pull out bed was full of food, rotted fruit peels and old grape stems. Trash on the sticky floors. We were making an impromptu pit stop and needed to just nap for a few hours so we decided to suck it up. We grabbed clean linens from the front and make the beds. Overnight there was disruption on the property, banging and disruptive guests. There was people sitting on the front stoops drinking. The desk area closes, and with that, we just locked our self in the room. We didn’t feel the safest. We likely won’t return but appreciate the kindness of the front desk clerk who took care of us.

The front desk person was very helpful in getting my reservation issue with Expedia handled. He asked staff to clean my room first so I could check in ASAP. The bathroom and linens were clean. I only stayed one night so didn't use the kitchenette. Bring your own shampoo and such bc they only provided bar soap.

The price. There were no cups, glasses, dishes, utensils, or pans, though the hotel was advertised as "home away from home."

Just the location. Horrible treatment of the staff, my partner and I were sleeping and an employee tried to open our room when they should know that the rooms are already with guests. The room was terribly dirty, there was no soap or shampoo. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The lady at the front desk was fairly pleasant I was very disappointed with what was presented online. The room was one of the worst I have ever encountered during my years of traveling and booking. So until I had to leave and go stay 45 minutes out because there were no rooms there or nearby that were vacant. Whoever owns this property should be ashamed of yourself on its upkeep.

Beware! This hotel would not even check me in with a confirmed reservation. It’s the worst service I have ever experienced in over 30 years of hotel stays. The property is poorly maintained and public areas are visibly dirty. The staff are either poorly trained or underpaid, resulting in treating guests like trash. Find another hotel. Which is what I was forced to do late in the day when they reneged on their commitment to me.
