Nice property. Walking distance to DPAC, local venues and various restaurants. Excellent property for couples!

The beds were not comfortable and the sheets were thin. The walls were very thin. The tv was outdated and had no streaming options and only about 20 channels. They also have no concession stands. I would more than likely choose another hotel if I ever visited the area.

Great location, within walking distance to many activities. The hotel houses a museum that is very interesting. Room service is offered from the hotel restaurant. I will return when in town.

I want to recognize that the hotel staff and valet service were exceptional. Every interaction I had with them was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They truly deserve recognition for the outstanding service they provided. The food was excellent. Unfortunately, my breakfast experience was extremely disappointing. I waited nearly an hour for my food while multiple parties who arrived after me were seated, served, and finished eating before my order was even taken. I was also left waiting over 30 minutes for a glass of water that was offered when I was seated. The restaurant was not busy, so the lack of attention was inexcusable. It's unfortunate that such poor service overshadowed an otherwise excellent stay.

Location and staff are great

Staff was polite and helpful. Hotel artwork was nice to browse. Hotel was within walking distance of DPAC and restaurants. My dislike was for the lack of sound proofing. Excessive noise from people walking in the hallway, cars and trains, and the adjacent room. Beds were hard and a bit uncomfortable.

It was a couple date and i adore the room it was clean and well kept. I loved the decor and the museum was amazing. I also loved the food from the restaurant The only thing I didn't like was the TV It was messing up pretty bad and the room wouldn't never get cool. But When I went to the staff with my concern they was very understanding and respectful about my concerned and fix the problem right away I give them a 9/10. Even though i a little issues I will still come back. thanks again for your hospitality.

The vault and the art exhibits are a great addition to an already interesting building, my kids loved taking it all in. No complaints about my stay.

Always top notch. Beautiful art, amazing rooms and helpful staff.

It is centrally located and within walking distance to DPAC. I like the decor of the room though I hope the lights could be brighter. The reception is not always manned.

Only downside is that there were many random noises throughout the night that it was hard to sleep.

Nice overnight stay to attend an event nearby. The room was very clean, staff friendly and conveniently located.
