Bed was very uncomfortable. Hard like a rock. Pillows were flat. Asked for extra pillows and those were flat.

The valet guys told my husband that parking was super easy . It was not. Tons of construction. Location ( if you are walking was the best part of our stay)

Fantastic location. Easy to walk to 16th Street and get to other areas of downtown Denver. Nice, modern, and comfortable rooms that were cleaned every day. We always had fresh towels! Friendly staff and excellent valet parking service. The valet parking driveway was a little confusing to find the first time I drove to the building. It’s hard to notice without obvious signage.

It was a lovely modern hotel. Our room was great - 15th floor with ceiling to floor windows. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room service team were very helpful and kept our room spotlessly clean. The reception team also answered all of our queries and were friendly and welcoming. It’s a city centre hotel so I suppose it’s to be expected but it’s tricky to get stopped outside for checkin and dropping off bags. However the valet team are very helpful.

Location was excellent. Property was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom layout was unique and worked well. Room was small. My husband and I were in this room for 5 days. There was 1 small drawer under the safe other than that no drawers. Room for 1 suitcase. Other suitcase had to go on the floor. These rooms were made for someone with a carry on suitcase and single.

No food until 6:00 is not good Valet has no phone. Clunky Fitness sucks. For $300 need steam and locker room Auto blinds broken. Take down the sign. Very hard to raise manually. Painful. Parking and valet way too much. 3 holes in concrete caused my medical scooter to crash. You cant see them??
