The photos are deceiving. Everything looks a lot better online than what it is. The room and restroom was dirty. There was chips left behind on the beds, hair, etc. There is also roaches in the room/restroom. Doesn’t really look like the rooms were actually cleaned at all. Very thankful we were able to get out of here the following morning and get a room somewhere else.

Ok for a over night stay but not more than that

We did not stay. Upon check in we went to room where we found mold on walls, curtains, chairs and bed covers. It was absolutely disgusting. I was issued a full refund.

Everything was good and organized.

The other thing I will mention, and this wasn't the fault of the staff or the hotel. They have signs up about it. But dont forget things in the bed of your truck. Chances are they wont be there in the morning.

The only thing that could use some changes would be the showers, water goes everywhere when one is showering and the shower head could be better if it could be adjusted.

The stovetop didn’t work at all and the refrigerator didn’t get cold at all only the freezer

The room smelled. After checking in, someone just unlocked the door and came. No knocking. He said he was maintenance to check the room. We left and we to another hotel. We did get charged for that night though.

First time staying here. Nice, cool, clean and comfortable. The only thing that was somewhat frustrating was that our kitchen did not have any kitchen utensils and cookware. When we went and asked they told us they only provided them for longer stays, I was advertised a room with a kitchen so it makes no sense not to receive these things. I still rated highly because when we asked, they gave us what we needed. Just a little inconvenient.

Our room’s AC unit was leaking water, and the entire room had a strong musty, humid smell. When we arrived, we had brought food with us because the room was advertised as having a refrigerator. However, the refrigerator was not working upon arrival because the breaker had tripped. We had to wait several hours for it to cool down after my boyfriend fixed the breaker issue. Fortunately, we had an ice chest and were able to keep our food cold with ice in the meantime.

I don't have comments. Everything was good.

The front desk staff were not friendly nor attentive; poor customer service for the entirety of our two day stay. The room was clean enough but built up filth in the corners of the bathroom floor. The beds were uncomfortable; hard mattresses with very little padding and minimal bedding. Little to no sound proofing in the rooms. We could hear the conversations of the family staying in the room next to us as well as every bump, laugh and yell, as I’m sure they heard ours. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and their customer service was great.
