Palm Bliss Hotel Corpus Christi South

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. After checkin I went to check the room and ended up needing to have our bedsheets changed out because of crumbs and unknown dried substances crusted on the bed. It looked like after the last people left all they did was make the bed and not change the sheets. When we were leaving for the beach, something told me to check the door. To my disbelief the door opened without a key being utilized, so anyone could have walked up and opened the door. Front desk had to have the electronic key lock changed so the door would lock. Shower had toothpaste and hair in it indicating that the shower was also not cleaned (I had to get cleaning chemicals from front desk and cleaned the shower myself). End of the night after our kids were asleep we heard a loud scream from outside which ended up being a domestic violence situation (guy tossed a girl down the stairs and was striking her). Saw several people walking around who looked like drug addicts and prostitutes. Overheard a conversation between the maintenance guy and management and the exchange led me to believe that the maintenance guy was going to go purchase drugs and management understood and was potentially a user as well. While checking out at front desk a call came in which the staff had on speaker phone. Turned out to be a room phone calling and all i heard was yelling, staff then shouted to another staff to call the cops, which I don’t believe they did. Will never stay here again.

Room was disgusting and gross. The location was great but, will never stay here again. I have never been in a hotel that was that dirty. Pictures are not what you get the pictures they have on site are deceiving.

Their “breakfast” was a joke basically non existent, the roaches were the unexpected roommates my family and I had to contend with. It was so bad we actually didn’t even stay the second night and just went home. Never again with that monstrosity of a place. I had upgraded to the “superior” room with the fridge and microwave and let me tell you the fridge barely functioned. The pool? Ha! Green as all get out. The beds? Hardly cleaned I will leave it there and let your imagination go with the rest. Do not go to this place if it can be avoided.

Property was run down. Cleanliness was poor. Restroom dirty, tub didn't drain, towels were stained, pool was an absolute disaster. Staff was rude. Breakfast shouldn't even be offered. Only toast and water down coffee. Juice machine broken, toaster broken. Not safe for families. Probably some illegal activities. This Property should be closed down!

Shower drain holder inside the wall . Mold on the shower curtain . Bed had sand on it . Towels smelled dirty .

The pictures online or deceiving we reached the hotel and it was disgusting. It had smelled like mold and well there was mold and we went to the front to see if we can get another room. He was said no the pool wasn’t even working and then we had our stuff stolen. It was a very horrible experience.

Worst hotel I stayed at needs to be city code inspected non outlets work bathroom nasty ass he’ll broken fixtures tv was broken beds are disgusting . Front desk person tried putting me in 2 other different rooms they were also disgusting we didn’t not stay and it sucks there was no refund

The worst hotel we have ever visited. The images shown of the hotel are nothing like reality! Dirty, poorly maintained, and neglected. Avoid it!

Worst place ever to stay! People kept banging the door in the middle of the night trying to get into the room! I had my 2 little kids and wife with me and they were scared to the point where we told the front desk lady that we are just going to leave because we don’t feel safe. She then apologized and said she can move us into another room to make us feel safe. So we ended up moving to another room and informed the owner early morning that we were up all night and even had to move rooms. In the end he didn’t do anything about it I’m not the one to complain to get discounts but I think me and family deserved a little somthing and not be charged full price. Overall rooms were super dirty it smelled like cigarettes and weed would not recommend this place to anyone especially if you go with children

Estaba muy sucio, terriblemente sucio con mold las sábanas con mal olor, pedimos que las cambiaran y tenías más peste la nuevas que las que ya estaban, el piso estaba muy sucio la tasa del baño suelta, las toallas con pelos del cliente anterior

The price was amazing, staff was super nice, very basic but just needed a place to shower & sleep so it worked well!

Most plugs didn't work so I jitoncharg my phone on the tv

Listing is NOT accurate. Rooms are dirty and moldy, and they will not refund you. The attendant was very understanding but the manager is not. We were shown 3 different rooms- all 3 had fruit fly infestations, dirty floors, and black mold around all 3 bathrooms. The grounds were littered with trash and the pool had a strong, pungent odor that was unavoidable.

I need my refund. I had to stay at a different hotel because of how bad the rooms were. Molded and dead bugs everywhere.

Room was instayable, dirty bathroom,dirty sheets towels. IWant a refund since we didn’t stay & the were unable to make it right

This hotel deserves no star.

This hotel is only fit for homeless people or street activities.

Breakfast wasn't good. No protein. There was loud noise from a night club next door that shares the same parking lot. People with loud bass speakers in their cars so loud it shook the windows. I was worried the towels and wash cloths weren't clean. They may have been, but they were badly stained. The same was true of the sheets.
